533,515. Carton closure. DEWEY & ALMY, Ltd. (Dewey & Almy Chemical Co.). Aug. 11, 1939, No. 23240. [Class 18] In the top closure of a carton, the flap or flaps which is first turned inwardly is provided with at least one projecting tab 16 or 17, Fig. 3, which is folded and held between two other flaps such as 12, 14. The tabs may be integral with the flaps or may consist of strips adhesively secured thereto. In the former case, the carton may be formed from the blank shown in Fig. 1. Specifications 489,785 and 533,022, [Group IV], are referred to.
