Abstract
525,308. Toy electric signals and models. KAHN, S., and PRIOR, F. J. Feb. 17, 1939, No. 5316. [Class 132 (iii)] Toy electric signals and other models or toys comprise a separate base 1 of insulating material having socket contacts 3 for connecting in the positive leads, and a socket contact 2 for connecting in the negative lead of an electric circuit, a metal box or cover 6 for engaging over the base, said box carrying a metal tubular post 8 supporting a box-like head 9 having insulated contacts 16, a holder for electric bulbs located in said head and in electrical connection therewith, a plate of insulating material 20 in the top of box 6 and carrying pin contacts 21 corresponding to the positive sockets in the base and connected by insulated wires 26 to the insulated contacts in the head, and a pin contact 23 corresponding to the negative socket connected to the box and through the post and head to the bulb holders, each bulb contacting one of the contacts 16. The switch is situated externally.
