517,508. Glazing roofs &c. ROBINSON KING & BRITISH CHALLENGE GLAZING CO., Ltd., and STELJES, W. C. July 25, 1938, No. 8215/39. Divided out of 517,350. [Class 20 (iii)] A glazing bar a is formed at its under part with a longitudinal groove g<1> in which is slidable and fixable a bracket member j by means of which the bar may be secured in position on an existing framework. The invention is shown applied to a glazing bar of the kind described in Specification 517,350, the under part being formed with downwardly converging sides g forming, a dovetailed groove in which is slidably mounted a nut h to which the bracket j is secured by means of a screw i. For the purpose of fixing the position of the bracket along the glazing bar, the sides g may be slotted for engagement with a vertical projection l of the bracket. The bracket is secured to the framework by screws passed through holes j', and is adapted to receive in its ends draught fillers j<3> for closing the space between the glass and a sill member.
