475,196. Washing - machines. PROSPERITY CO., Inc. June 5, 1936, No. 15788. Convention date, July 5, 1935. [Class 138 (ii)] Liquid is fed into the interior of the rotary roceptacle 2 of a washing- machine from a supply pipe 16 which discharges into a stationary distributing chamber 14 secured to the inside of the machine casing 1. The trunnion 12 of the receptacle rotates in bearings 23 and is hollowed out at its inner end to form a chamber 9. The cylindrical portion 8 of this chamber rotates within an aperture in the distributing chamber and communicates therewith through radial ports 13. The end wall 5 of the rotary receptacle is provided with apertures 10 communicating with the chamber 9.
