Abstract

467,896. Cycle handles. BLUEMEL BROS., Ltd., and BLUEMEL, F. W. Dec. 19, 1935, No. 35172. [Class 136 (iii)] [Also in Groups V and XXIII] A bicycle handle grip is moulded from plastic material and,is provided with a name or other representation on a separate member which is secured in position by moulding the material of the handle into engagement therewith. The metal plate 14 carrying the representation may be retained by a flange 16, Fig. 4, moulded round its edge. The flange need not be continuous. Alternatively the plate 14 may have tapered openings 22, Fig. 6, or a peripheral recess or flange 24, Fig. 7, to secure it to the handle. The member 14 may be of substantial thickness and of any suitable colour.
