437,038. Cockspur fastenings. BRUCE, W. G., Avril, Deans Lane, Edgware, Middlesex. April 26, 1934, No. 12577. [Class 44] A cockspur-type fastening is held against release by a pivoted abutment 6 provided with key-actuated fastening means. The abutment 6 has a hollow part 9 containing a spring-pressed latch bolt 10 adapted to engage a grooved projection 15 on a plate 8 secured to the window frame. The bolt 10 is withdrawn by a key to enable the abutment to be moved about a pivot 7 on the plate 8.
