[Class 44] A lock for sliding-doors &c. comprises a spring-operated press button 4, which, when pressed in, is engaged by a bolt 13, which enters a slot 12 in the button when it is moved by a key to locking position. The button carries a bolt 5 which enters an aperture &c. 5<a> in one of the sliding doors when the button is pressed in, and locks the two doors together.
