Abstract
In a modification of the alloy described in the parent Specification, the alloy contains more than 8 per cent but not exceeding 29,5 per cent of nickel and either the carbon content is eliminated or the chromium content is less than 1 per cent, but not less than 0,01 per cent. The latter alloy may also contain less than 0,1 of carbon. A typical alloy of the first group contains 20 per cent of nickel, 10 of aluminium, 2 of chromium and the rest iron; of the second group, 18 of nickel, 9 of aluminium, 0,5 of chromium, 0,01 of carbon, and the rest iron.
