Abstract

418,324. Conduits. ROBERTSON, R. K., 12, Park Avenue, Dunfermline, Fifeshire. July 12, 1933, No. 19717. [Class 33.] A conduit, which may serve as a protective covering for electric cables, pipes, wires, rods, &c. comprises an interconnected series of conduit sections each formed with means for coupling to adjacent sections and formed at one end with anchoring spikes or the like. The conduit sections 1, 1<1> comprise spikes 2 at one end and a tongue 3 at the other, the tongue 3 engaging a slot 4 in the spiked end of an adjacent section which also comprises impressed hook members 5 in which the tongued end of the adjacent section engages. According to the Provisional Specification, instead of the tongue 3, two curved hooks are provided engaging elongated slots in the adjacent section.
