Concrete posts.-In posts of the kind comprising two diverging flanged beams 10 of iron or steel, preferably rolled steel joists of I or channel section, held together by bolts 11 with their flanges juxtaposed and the intervening space filled with concrete 12, as described in Specification 237,221, the beams are bent at a point near the ground line so that they converge towards both extremities. Preferably the spacing of the holts 11 above ground diminishes towards the upper end.
