[Class 104 (iii).] In a pantograph collector of the kind in which the lower arms 5 are biassed towards each other by springs 13, the springs are arranged outside the frame formed by the pantograph arms, and have their ends connected by chains &c. to members 6<a> directly secured to or formed integral with the lower ends of the arms 5.
