WESTINGHOUSE ELECTRIC & MANUFACTURING CO., East Pittsburg, U.S.A.-(Assignees of Sehaake, W. ; 304, Le Roi Road, Pittsburg, U.S.A.; Sept. 6, 1932, No. 24867. Convention date, Sept. 29, 1931. [Class 104 (iii).] A bow collector 1 is mounted on a frame 14, 15 biased upwards by springs 34 and connected by links 44 to a lever 42 carrying a vane 41, so that the bow is pressed more strongly against the conductor as the speed of the vehicle increases. The surface of the frame may be stream-lined to minimize wind resistance, and the frame may be in two parts hinged together at 24. The frame and vane may be held in lowered position by latches 59, 56.
