410,397. Key-hole guards. ALBERG, H., Millstadt, Illinois, U.S.A. Oct. 9, 1933, No. 27813. [Class 44.] A removable key-hole guard comprises a blocking member 12 extending into the lock 13 and integral with a key-hole cover plate 11 which is secured by inserting and then turning in the keyhole slot of the lock a T-head 21 of a spring- retracted bolt 19. The inner edges of the T- head 21 may be bevelled so that the retaining bolt 19 is automatically retracted to effect the securing merely by turning the hand grip 17. The bolt 19 is retained in the angular position by a spring or a pivoted latch 26 which is snap engaged between lugs 28 or in a notch.
