Abstract

406,540. Non-refillable bottles &c. DIGGS, W., and MacDEVITT, C. E., 543, Calle Peru, Buenos Aires. June 15, 1933, No. 17141. [Class 125 (i).] A non-refillable bottle &c. stopper comprises a valve with a hollow sleeve portion 9 and a cup-shaped head 10 upon which freely rests a disc member 11, having orifices 12 which converge towards the centre of the disc, to protect the valve from interference. The stopper is formed with a head member 2 and a body member 1 in the bore of which the hollow sleeve portion 9 of the valve slides, chambers 4, 41 being formed in the head and body portions by a partition 5, provided with an orifice 6, which limits the movement of the valve. The stopper is retained on the bottle mouth by tinfoil &c.
