350,332. Lubricating pumps. RENAULT, L., 8, Avenue Emile Zola, Billancourt, Seine, France. Aug. 29, 1930, No. 25856. Convention date, Oct. 2, 1929. [Class 102 (i).] In a system of simultaneously lubricating all the moving joints of a motor-car chassis &c. by means of a cylinder 1, supplied with oil from the engine forced-lubrication system by a pipe 6 and supplying the oil to the chassis through a pipe 9 by means of a piston 2 operated by a spring 5, the pressure exerted by the spring 5 is greater than that of the oil supply. The piston is depressed by means of a pedal or handlever 4 to permit oil to enter the cylinder. The supply and discharge pipes 6, 9 are provided with check valves 7, 8.
