347,198. Windscreen cleaners and squeeges. ANDERSON, J. W., 957, Garfield Street, Gary, Indiana, U.S.A. Nov. 21, 1929, No. 35691. Convention date, Feb. 2. [Classes 19 and 138 (i).] Windscreen wipers, squeegees, or the like are provided with a wiping element of the form shown in the Figure, having roughly a T-shape with the head portions stepped to function as indicated. A holder 2 embraces the shank of the T-shaped wiper and is flared at 11 to constrain the movement of the wiper. The steps are preferably undercut at 4<1> to increase the flexibility of the wiper.
