346,223. Feeding-webs. TISON, R. A., 7, Rue Mousset Robert, Paris. June 12, 1930, No. 18081. Convention date, June 18, 1929. [Class 100 (i).] The paper web fed to a printing-machine is unwound from the supply roll by a pair of feed rollers F, F' so as to form a loop J which, upon reaching a certain size, closes an orifice B communicating with a suction pump A and with a cylinder C, the piston D of which is connected to the feed roller F. When the orifice B is closed, the resulting suction formed in the cylinder C causes the roller F to be drawn away from the roller F<1> against the action of a spring E to stop the feed of the web until the orifice B is again uncovered
