335,326. Deny, E. C. Nov. 21, 1928, [Convention date]. Addition to 316,225. Piston packing.-In the packing-ring described in the parent Specification the middle arc, equal in length to half the circumference of the cylinder bone and having a radius greater than the cylinder bore, is replaced by a curve having the form of an arc A, O, B of the same radius as the cylinder bore, deformed by expansion along the diameter A, B. The form of the curve is calculated from the formula x = #/# [2# -sin 2#]
