Abstract
333,046. Steed, J. July 27, 1929. Stops. - A draughtexcluder and resilient stop for doors &c. consists of a spring-urged bar 3 housed in a suitable recess on one or more edges of the door or frame or in the floor and adapted to prevent draught between the closed door and frame. The bar is mounted on screws 8 by means of recessed ferrules 7, the inner ends of which are burred over apertures in the springs 5. The recess may be undercut and closed on one side by a plate 14, Fig. 6. The bar may be mounted in a batten &c. 2 adapted for securing to a door &c., Fig. 1.
