Regulating delivery by by-passes. - In a fuel pump for internal-combustion engines, the bypass port h for regulating the delivery is controlled by a rotatable member f provided with an eccentric periphery, which throttles the port variably according to its position. Its position is adjusted by the governor through an arm m. In the Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 9 (3) (a) another form is described in which the rotatable eccentric controls the opening of a by-pass port arranged radially thereto. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
