Reinforced concrete.-Twisted strip reinforcement with fins similar to those described in Specification 282,226 are produced by cutting a metal strip in the zig-zag manner shown in Fig. 1, leaving the edges plain; the two portions are then placed together with the plain edges overlapping, and the whole is twisted axially, as shown in Fig. 4.
