Flow meters, pressure-actuated.-The apparatus described in the parent Specification has a modified construction of flap valve, and shut-off valves e, f are provided for use when the indicating apparatus is to be dismounted. The valve I has a secondary oppositely-opening flap valve R, and is ball-jointed at S to a flap T having its pivots t to the rear of the valve seat, which preferably consists of a sleeve K. A projection g, cavity g<1>, and arms l limit the relative motion between the valve and flap.
