290,008. Duxbury, J. H., and Stanley, T. March 22, 1927. Pulleys with one or more rows of spokes C have each spoke provided with round, square, &c. collars F abutting against the inner side of the rim, the spoke ends being burred over into dovetailed holes in the rim B. Plates or blocks A are fitted over the spokes and collars, and riveted to the rim. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 7257/03.
