Springs, arrangement of.-In a pedal-propelled child's car, perambulator or like vehicle, the wheels are carried on a pair of cantilever spring- arms a rigidly attached to the frame b and diverging downwardly therefrom, the arms being adapted to flex upon fixed curved stops b<1> arranged in the angles between the arms and frame so that the effective length of the arms. varies automatically with the load or shock. Front and rear arms may be made of a single strip secured at a<2> to the frame and the arms may be curved, as shown, or substantially straight. Compression springs may be mounted between the ends of the arms a and the frame. The arms may be of laminated construction.
