Abstract

The edging shears grass catcher has a scoop which attaches by means of a groove on the bottom (fig 4) to a blade of pair of edging shears. The scoop is rounded (fig 4) and has a handle which attaches to the shaft of the edging shears causing traction to firmly hold the scoop in place. As the edging shears cut the lawn edges grass falls into and is caught by the grass catcher.

Description

2352670 Re. EDGING SHEARS GRASS CATCHER The edging shears grass catcher is
a device which attaches to the handle of a standard set of edging shears. It has a collecting scoop which sits, against the outer cutting blade of the shears. When the grass is trimmed along the edge of a lawn the cuttings fall into the scoop and reduce the need to pick up cuttings along the lawn borders.

Claims (1)

1. A garden appliance which has a curved scoop and handle and is designed to attach to the outer cutting blade of a garden tool.
