Abstract

233,567. Ramsden, T. W., and Sewell, F. July 23, 1924. Sliding doors.-Relates to sliding doors for shop windows, show cases, &c. of the kind which lie in the same plane when closed and which open the one past the other, and consists of supporting each door at the end remote from the meeting edge by an adjustable roller d running un a curved rail r and at the meeting edge by a castor e. At the top, each door is guided by two rollers p on pins situated over the roller d and castor e, respectively, and running in slots provided with branches adapted to allow the doors to move into the same plane in the closed position. The doors may be guided at the top by horizontal rollers engaging between the doors and between frame and doors.
