Folding boxes.-A collapsable cardboard box is formed from a blank comprising the rear wall 3, lid 1, bottom 2 and supplemenatry front and side walls 4 -- 6 and a continuous member which is secured to the wall 3 and encircles the walls 4 - - 6 to form the front and side walls 4 - - 6b, space being left between the front walls 4, 4b to accommodate the tab 1<b> of the lid. The side walls 5b, 6b are creased along lines 5<c>, 6<c> to allow the walls to be folded inwardly upon the bottom of the box and strings may be provided for erecting the box from the collapsed condition. Inwardly-directed flanges 4a, 6<a> may be provided on the supplementary front and side walls 4 - - 6.
