Valve gear; regulating. - The inlet valve e is actuated by means of a lever i pivoted at m<1> to a gear-wheel m so as to rotate therewith, a roller r on the lever engaging a stationary cam o on the casing g. The cam o is provided with an adjustable portion o<z>, Fig. 3, whereby the effective length of the cam may be varied. The exhaust valve v may be actuated by a cam a on the wheel m, or by an adjustable stationary cam in a similar way to the inlet valve.
