Abstract

Spray burners.-A spray burner comprises a body c containing oil and compressed air regulating valves, a projecting tube a screwed in the body c against a jointing washer s, and a spraying nozzle e screwed on the tube a. A cylindrical rotatable body m having one or more helical grooves n in its periphery is housed in a cavity k in the nozzle e. The cavitv k is of slightly. larger diameter than the bore of the tube a and terminates in a conical space o communicating with the spraying orifice h. The body m has a conical end p having a base slightly less in diameter than the cylindrical part. The front of the nozzle is made concave.
