4698. Baker, G. S. Feb. 25. Rolling-machines. - Relates to improvements in dough-moulding machines of the type described in Specification 20,392/08, and comprises means for dividing, moulding, and delivering the dough. The dividing - means comprises one or more stationary adjustable blades 19, Fig. 2, mounted above the feeding-belt 12. A cover 16, having a cutaway portion 21, is mounted above the knife 19 so as to retard one of the divided dough portions, causing them to be fed to the moulder separately. The board 22 supporting the moulding-belt 7 is provided with swells 22<a>, Fig. 6, and is angularly adjustable by means of members mounted in arms 25, Fig. 4, and provided with adjusting-devices 27, 28. An adjustable finger 45, Fig. 2, is arranged on the moulding-hood 40<a> so as to deflect the dough portions on to the belt 10 with their apices upwards.
