Dust caps for tyre valves. -The packing-washer D for a valve cap provided with internal screw-threads is carried by a swivel member E having a central boss K located in a corresponding recess J in the valve cap. The packing-washer extends into a recess M and is supported by a tubular flange F and an annular flange H. The flange H may be cupped to facilitate insertion and afterwards straightened so that it enters the recess M. The cap may have a skirt portion N to protect the valve casing.
