Frying-ranges.-A fish or like frying-range comprises a pair of frying-pans a having a furnace beneath each with a small bridge d<2> over which the combustion products pass to a central flue e common to both furnaces and leading to the main flue z<1>. The steam from each pan a is collected in a hood and led through straight conduits y to the flue z'. The hoods are each formed of a. three-sided member j detachably supported in flanges h on the stove top and having a cover consisting of a fixed part k and a sliding part m. A detachable receptacle s for cooked fish rests on the cover k, and a receptacle u with a draining-tray v for chipped potatoes is loosely fitted between the flanges h. All the parts above the table are made readily detachable for cleaning.
