Abstract

For the production of prefabricated construction elements, a mixture containing 20 to 30 parts by weight of water to 100 parts by weight of gypsum anhydrite is filled into moulds. The mixture is under elevated injection pressure during injection into the moulds and the viscosity of the mixture is reduced by intense mixing and shearing forces and by a mixing pressure of above 8 atmospheres above atmospheric pressure. During the setting of the mixture in the mould, an elevated setting pressure is maintained in the mixture. A continuously operating mortar mixing machine is used for this. The latter is connected at its inlet side to a pressurised water line (4) and at its outlet side to a pressure pump (8). The pressure pump is connected to a filling nozzle. A high-speed worm building up a pressure of at least 8 atmospheres above atmospheric pressure is provided as a stirring element. <IMAGE>
