1497847 Head restraining device R SATZINGER 1 July 1976 [1 July 1975] 27458/76 Heading A3V A head restraining device for a vehicle comprises head bands 4 and chin strap 5 connected to a flexible tape 6 by a loop 8 which tape 6 is fastened to the back of the seat 7. The tape 6 may be energy absorbing or may be connected to an energy absorbing damper.
