Abstract

The protection for the head and cervical vertebrae in a vehicle consists of a one or more webbing straps (3) which are fixed to a part of the vehicle. One of the straps, which is adjusted by a velcro fastener (2), is worn as a headband on the passenger helmet (1) and holds the head. The head strap can be joined to the safety harness.
