Abstract

1455999 Feeding sheets TRIUMPH WERKE NURNBERG AG 11 Dec 1973 [23 Dec 1972] 57333/73 Heading B8R A pile 1 of sheets is supported on a plate 6 equipped with retaining elements 7, and a sheet 9 is first moved in a direction opposite to feed direction by a rotatable segment 8, whereupon a separator roller 5 mounted on a link 14 pivoted to the segment shaft 10 is moved by cam action into contact with the sheet to feed it forwards and over the elements 7. A plurality of cams may be provided, one for each length of sheet, and selectively aligned with a cam follower carrying the shaft 11 of the roller 5.
