1450547 Concrete mixing plant E E KUHNER 21 Dec 1973 [30 Dec 1972] 59543/ 73 Heading B1C A concrete mixing plant comprises a housing 1 accommodating a mixer, metering apparatus for binder and water, a hoist and other devices, mounted on front and rear supports 3, 8 so that a vehicle may have access to the delivery pipe 10 either by an arcuate path through the plant or by a blind path radial to the arcuate path, the aggregate store 2 is arranged so that material can flow by gravity through a shutter into a weighing tip of the hoist when it is at the bottom of the hoist track 9. The part supports are splayed and inclined and may provide a stairway and service supply duct; their upper ends may be hinged to the housing to facilitate transportation. A cabin consisting of half shells (5, 6 Fig. 3 not shown) may be attached to the housing 1 as well as a soundinsulated control cabin 7.
