Abstract
1421251 Forced flow cooking ovens RINNAI KK 11 May 1973 [17 Jan 1973] 22675/73 Heading F4W A cooking oven comprises a cooking chamber 1, a partition plate 3 having a central opening 2 and defining with portions 10a, 10b of the rear wall 10 of the chamber 1 a blower chamber 4, a blower 5, a combustion chamber 8 outside the chamber 1, a duct extending from the combustion chamber 8 to the opening 2, plates 6 which are integral with and extend forwardly from the side edges of plate 3 to define with the side walls of the chamber 1 passages 7 which communicate with blower chamber 4 and terminate at the front end of chamber 1, and an exhaust opening 11 from the chamber 1, wherein the plates 3 and 6 are removably secured within chamber 1 on a floor plate 15 and flow of gas from blower 5 directly to exhaust opening 11 is prevented by the arrangement of plate 3 and rear wall 10. The upper wall of the combustion chamber 8 is also removably mounted on the plate 15. Flanges 21 are provided on plates 6 to support trays. A gas burner 19 is arranged in chamber 8 which has an air inlet 20.
