Abstract

1372493 Speed governors ROBERT BOSCH GmbH 24 Feb 1972 [25 Feb 1971] 8522/72 Heading G3B A speed regulating device for an I.C. engine comprises a pair of flyweights 13 having two pressure surfaces 38, 39 bearing respectively on an intermediate member 17 and a three dimensional cam 15 such that the axial travel of the cam is greater than the axial travel of the intermediate member. A set of governor regulating springs 21, 21a, 21b urges the intermediate member against the flyweights. A manually operable lever 23 controls a butterfly carburetter valve 20 and the rotation of the cam 15.
