Abstract

1364749 Modular hydraulic circuits KAYABAKOGYO K K 31 July 1972 [29 July 1971 10 Aug 1971] 35654/72 Heading F1P An integrated multiple valve unit, Fig. 2, comprises a sub-plate 40 and a plurality of stacks of valve assemblies such as 70a, 70c, 70f, 70e, each of which is adapted to carry out various functions, depending on the type of hydraulic circuit, each stack having a standard type solenoid valve 80. Each sub-plate comprises valve assembly mounting seats 41, Fig.3, spaced apart by a particular distance e.g. l, and each seat has a supply port 42, a discharge port 43 and two intake ports 44, 45 which correspond with those of the solenoid valve 80. Ports 44, 45 are connected by passages 48, 49 with ports 50, 51 in the rear of the sub-plate. Supply and discharge ports 52, 53 are provided at the lower end of the plate. Fig.3 shows a cast sub-plate and Figs.10- 13 (not shown) illustrate a machined sub-plate. Fig.14 shows a typical valve assembly 70 comprising a block 70a with ports and mounting holes which match those of the solenoid valve 80. As shown the assembly includes a relief valve 78a. Other types of valve assembly are illustrated including a stop and non-return valve assembly, Figs.18-20 (not shown) which allows a faulty group of valves to be isolated from the rest of the circuit for repair. To provide for easy connection to a remote control panel. valve assemblies illustrated in Figs. 23-29 (not shown) are provided. For Figs. see next page
