1361391 Stud and socket fastening F T PRODUCTS Ltd 17 Sept 1971 [17 Sept 1970] 44508/70 Heading E2B [Also in Division B5] A seal comprises a flat web 11 and a stem 12 for fitting between the adjacent ends of two moulding sections 16, 16a, the flat stem 12 extending downwardly from the web and carrying a cylindrical spigot 13 for engaging in a part-cylindrical web 21, 21a of the sections and a flange 14, 15 projecting from each side of the free end of the web for overlying an edge portion of the adjacent moulding section. Two pins 30 project from each side of the web 11 and overlie the surfaces of cover strips 17, 17a of the moulding sections. The seal 10 may be made of plastics. The spigot may be a friction tight fit within the cylindrical webs 21, 21a.
