1359714 Protective arrangements SIEMENS AG 22 July 1971 [23 July 1970] 34538/71 Heading H2K An earth leakage protective arrangement comprises a circuit-breaker having a latch 10 released by a tripping device 8 which has a trip coil 9 connected to the secondary winding 5 of a differential transformer 3, with a capacitor 6 or 7 connected so as to provide with the trip coil 9 and the winding 5 an oscillation circuit arranged to resonate at the frequency of a pulsating unidirectional directional earth leakage current such as might occur from the A.C. supply circuit to a thyristor-controlled D.C. motor.
