Abstract
1348040 Stop-watches; chromographs SUWA SEIKOSHA K K 22 Dec 1971 [28 Dec 1970] 59643/71 Heading G3T An instrument resetting mechanism, e.g. for zeroing the hands of a stop-watch or chromograph 10, includes a lever 15 which pivots about a portion 14 of a pin 12 when actuated by a pushmember 25, the pin portion 14 being eccentric with respect to a mounting portion 13 of the pin so that the pin may be rotated to adjust the pivot position of the lever 15 and ensure that surfaces 20, 21 on the lever return heart-shaped cams 23, 24 fully to their zero positions. The pin portion 13 is frictionally mounted in a base plate 11. In an alternative embodiment, the surface 20 is provided on a separate lever (32), Fig.3 (not shown) which pivots about a further, fixed pin (33) when displaced against a return spring (36) by the first lever (31).
