Abstract

1341125 Electrophotography ADDRESSOGRAPH MULTIGRAPH CORP 19 April 1971 [12 March 1970] 22832/71 Heading G2H A copy sheet 16 is conveyed from successive charging and exposing stations to a developing station between three pairs of sandwiching endless belts 36 and 56, of which belts 36 are vacuum belts and belts 56 have a sheet-contacting surface of a non-conductive moisture-resistant pile material which is triboelectrically compatible with the material of the adjacent surface of the other conveyor. Belts 56 may consist of nylon pile fabric having a backing layer of cotton fabric and an intermediate layer of urethane foam.
