Abstract

1315157 Spray producer ALBANY ENG Co Ltd 18 May 1971 [19 May 1970] 24060/70 Heading B2F A sprayer for molasses or like viscous liquids comprises an injector tube 3 having an outlet at the forward end, a hollow shaft 6 rotatably mounted on the injector tube and directly connected to drive means e.g. electric motor 5, a thrower cup 12 mounted on the hollow shaft and rotatable therewith, a distributer nozzle 17 rotatable with and mounted in the thrower cup and positioned over the end of the injector tube, a casing mounted about the hollow shaft which receives air under pressure to mix with viscous liquid passing- under pressure through the distributer nozzle and distribute the liquid in the form of a spray into cattle food or material under treatment.
