Abstract
1299056 Piezoelectric resonators TESLA NARODNI PODNIK 19 April 1971 [20 April 1970] 26296/71 Heading H1E A piezoelectric extensional mode quartz crystal plate constructed to minimize temperature dependence and comprising electrodes producing an electric field in the direction of the plate thickness, is cut such that the thickness is less than 1 degree from the X-axis; the plate makes an angle of between + 10 degrees and + 20 degrees with the Y-axis; and the ratio of the plate width to length (w/l) is between 0À32 and 0À50. The crystal plates may be used for the frequency range 50 kHz to 200 kHz. The plate may have the configuration of a rectangle or a trapezium.
