A bearing bush 14 may be provided. In order to adjust the torsion exerted by return spring 15, cap 9 can be lowered against the action of compression spring 10 and turned to engage projections 11 with different recesses 11'. Two nozzles 7 and 8 are mounted in housing 5, which also carries a sleeve 2, having sealing and bearing washers 3, which are secured by a clip 4 or nut (20 Fig. 2, not shown).
