1282524 Thermal switches DIAMOND H CONTROLS Ltd 15 Oct 1978 49162/70 Heading H1N An energy regulator for a grill or rotisserie comprises a pair of contacts 4 in series with the load 5, a heating coil in parallel with the contacts and a bimetal heated by the coil to close the contacts and thus short-circuit the heater 2 and allow the bimetal to cool. The contacts are snap acting (not shown) and the position of bimetal or fixed contact is adjustable to set the on/off ratio an auxiliary switch being opened in the zero position of the adjusting knob (not shown).
