Abstract

1276577 Carding machines TMM (RESEARCH) Ltd 19 April 1971 [14 April 1970] 17772/70 Heading D1N The undercasing 1 of a carding machine taker-in cylinder 2 is pivoted at 7 and rotatably adjusted by an eccentric cam 10 operating in a slot 12 in a side member 4 of the undercasing 1, there being such an arrangement on each side of the machine. The cams are turnable by means of squared ends (13), Fig. 2 (not shown), of the cam mounting shafts (9) which are locked by means of nuts (16). (For Figure see next column)
