Abstract

126,612. Cramer, A. M. May 8. 1918, [Convention date]. Walls. - A hollow cast concrete wall with vertical tubular spaces is formed by placing cement tubes 3 and cement spacing members 4 alternately in a mould 2 and filling in the mould with concrete which binds with dovetailed grooves 5 in the members 4. The tubes and members 4 are coated with an insulating material such as asphalt. Ties 6 may be laid in the courses. Removable cores may be used to form the vertical tubular spaces instead of tubes.
